Partnering with Visa Canada, we jumpstarted the launch of its innovative, new payment technology products and services across the merchant landscape. Underscoring user experience with focus on education and trust as common denominators, tactics included unique Visa merchant promotions and partnerships, further supported by merchant education and launch kits. Visa PayWave promotions and product education rounded the program with integration into both digital and bricks and mortar space. Consumer adoption and usage leapt 4-fold at end of an 8 month launch cycle - boosting merchant conversion rates and ultimately reinforcing the Visa brand 'usage' value.
