Jeeves was feeling lonely and neglected. Thousands of RBC Infinite Visa card members had 24/7 access to valuable concierge services but few were putting him to work. Focussing on both private and public banking sectors, we conceived and developed an in-statement awareness package to imaginately connect and communicate the extraordinary (yet not widely known), end-to-end value of the RBC Infinite Card.
Specifically underscoring the free and limitless use of Infinite Card Concierge Services, the campaign instantly drove product service awareness and product usage, bolstering total brand value. All the while, rebooting Jeeve's self esteem.
