From the pursuit of cooking and all things culinary to the rise of celeb chefs and foodie travel, to public health, wellness and product innovation – the digital age and social sharing are food’s great equalizer. Endless content and commentary influences what we eat – where, when, how and with who.

Yet an upsurge of ad-clutter and more taste-fakers than makers in a noisy marketplace means democratization of food isn’t always so appetizing. The key to cutting through is to simplify and focus. Tapping movements and flashpoints then immersing and sharing within crowd cultures. This is where brand and experience are increasingly one – extensions of values and beliefs.
